Nicole Muris, General Manager for FRP said; “Hackney is one of the most deprived boroughs in London, and with support from Comic Relief and The London Community Foundation, the ‘Free Paint 4 Hackney’ project will help FRP reach the people who need help most.”
“Through redistributing free reclaimed paint to community groups in the borough, we can help bring a splash of colour to the lives of those who need it most, and help to protect the planet by preventing perfectly good paint from ending up in landfill.”
FRP sell reclaimed paint to all as a sustainable and low-cost alternative to buying new paint. It is available from the FRP Paint Place Shop at 2c Bakers Avenue, Walthamstow E17 9AW. Paint is available in all types, colours and sizes, and retails from just £1 a litre.
