Working in Partnership
Working as a partnership of charities, community groups and non-profit organisations means we can provide a joined up network of re-use services across London. By working in this way we aim to maximise the goods and services we can provide.
Joined up working allows us to take on large contracts for Local Authorities and Housing Associations and Businesses.
The network represents long established groups as well as new start-ups. We aim to share our knowledge and experience to improve services for all our customers.
Donate
Do you have a piece of furniture, household appliance or any other items which could be used by someone else? Rather than throw it away, why not pass it on to someone who really needs it?
Many of our partners offer collections, or you can drop of items at your local re-use centre.
You can find out more about how to donate please click here.
Repair
All our goods are checked for safety and quality. In some cases items are refurbished and upcycled as well.
This is providing training opportunities for hundreds of Londoners. Our network delivers training in areas as diverse as Retail Skills, Business Administration and Waste Management.
Anything that can’t be fixed or re-used is recycled at an Authorised Waste Treatment Facility. We don’t let anything go to waste.
Re-use
Our network members offer a range of services, providing furniture and appliances to community groups, schools families and individuals in need.
Goods may go onto support a woman fleeing domestic violence, a family being re-housed after a flood or fire, or a previously homeless person who has been re-housed.
Community groups, schools and charities have all received re-used goods at low prices from our network.
Of course we also sell items to the general public. Most of our projects offer discounted rates to people in receipt of benefits, just make sure you take along evidence of this when you visit a shop.
We hope you enjoy your pre-loved items. Thank you for choosing to re-use.
Delivery: Most of our partners offer local deliveries for a free of charge or for a small fee.
